An increasing number of clients are now demanding different approaches to their projects. The NTP Group provides project estimates and blueprints to many different clients. We provide detailed plans with specifications and estimates for both individual and public clients. We draw on the expertise of our contracting firms in order to devise a balanced and well-thought out project plan. We pay particular attention to functional demands, as seen through the eyes of the user, and engage in comprehensive discussions with our partners and/or other interested parties. Our engineering office Orbis possesses the experience and expertise required to do this. Design and construct The traditional type of client, one who was used to submitting its plans in detail, is now being replaced by more professional clients with functional demands who engage in dialogue and who increasingly demand more unconventional or integrated forms of outsourcing from contractors. They prefer to establish one point of contact that will look after all their concerns regarding their construction project; one that they can trust completely. The NTP Group has reacted to this changed situation very quickly and intends, as an MKB company, to place itself at the forefront of this new practice. As a strategic move, we set up Orbis Engineering so that it can operate as a wholly independent engineering firm in the market. Having a consultancy and design company so closely attached to our contracting firm means that we are able to provide our clients with extremely practical and functional designs. In 2006, we developed the “Systems Integrator” together with the University of Twente. Using the Systems Integrator, we are able to select the partners that will produce the best possible design for each individual project. This might sound complicated, but it means that we are able to find the best suppliers, subcontractors and the required personnel to complete any given project from start to finish under the guidance of our System Integrator. It means that we can manage all matters relating to the project, including how they affect the surrounding areas and residents.
